With so many religions in the world, how can we know which one is correct even if we’re convinced that God exists? Here I show why the most common arguments within Christian apologetics point to the Christian God specifically, and so if they work other religions have to be false. From the Spiritual Q&A class at Holy Treasure, Kettering.

Since you debated Islam, I would like to reply with two logical arguments. Firstly, the Quran itself is a modern day miracle. What does it mean when recent scientific discoveries (such as the continued expansion of the Universe, the absence of light in the deepest parts of the sea, the fore-brain is the center of inventing lies in humans) were actually indicated about in the Quran over 1400 years ago? Moreover, all the scientific indications in it were correct; 100%.
Isn’t this a recurring modern day miracle? There are still some scientific findings in the Quran that are yet to be proven by future generations, and those are for them to recognize and deduce that it is the truthful religion. It definitely means that the Quran was sent by someone who is All-Knowing, the Creator of these things; God.
Secondly, even if you prove Christianity right it doesn’t discredit Islam. If the reasoning that if Christianity is true then all other religions are false then you have already negated Christianity, because Christianity acknowledges that Judaism was the rightful religion with Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) as its Prophet.
The correct reasoning is that the last truthful religion is the rightful one. To explain, when Christianity came, Judaism became obsolete although Judaism was the rightful religion. Similarly, Christianity became obsolete with the arrival of Islam. The point to evaluate is whether Islam is a valid religion or not, which I already pointed out on how to verify this in the beginning of my reply. Please read the Quran personally to evaluate whether it is the progressive religion upon Judaism and Christianity or not.
I have dealt, in more detail, about these issues in my book:
